about

One of the tracks that I worked on with my friend Martin. We basically sequenced a cool beat and I played the main parts on his keyboard. Then I brought the song home, and added even more keyboards and guitars. The lyrics are slightly influenced by The Cult (those funny pagan lyrics make me laugh). The Hijras, in the hindu world, are the 'third sex' (men who dress in women's clothing). They're so-called 'magical people' who can see into the future. Hijras are also known for selling their bodies for sex. 'Hijra Kiss Kiss' is about a man who doesn't pay a Hijra after sex, so the Hijra puts a hex on him.Jessica Rabid sings on this.
