about

I like the Pogues and a fair amount of celtic music, so I wanted to try my hand at the style. The melody at the beginning of the song is from an old religious song/chant I heard in a documentary 'Deliver Us From Evil'. I thought the melody was pretty, so I put a nice chord sequence under it.The lyrics are about a suicidal taxi driver.
